Our NDEA's (Non Domestic Energy Assessors) will survey your building and, using the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM), provide an Energy Performance Certificate. Also produced will be a set of Recommendations in order for the building's energy consumption to be improved in the future.

From 01 October 2008 any commercial property whatever size - from a lock-up shop or B&B to a distribution warehouse, superstore or multiple office block - will require an EPC when sold or leased.
